How long do you need per person to take a headshot?

I ask my clients to allow 10 minutes per person as a minimum, that is 6-8 people an hour. A headshot is a long term investment and each person should feel they look their best. A positive experience lasts as long as the photograph does. For those needing a selection of different photographs, please allow more time.

Do you have a scheduling system?

Yes. I use software which allows me to schedule people on the day for the pre-agreed slots. They system allows rescheduling, cancellation and reminders. It takes away all the businesses administration.

How much space do you need to set up your mobile studio?

Roughly the size of a single garage is great - about 2.5m x 5m. I mostly need a blank wall to work with for plain or digital backgrounds. It helps if it is a private space so people aren't self conscious. Lifestyle or environmental photographs are taken around employees so I work with the available space.

Can you change the background to match our brand colour?

Absolutely yes. Just let me know this in advance so I choose a background that is easy to remove.

How does payment work?

I offer three options to organisations. Mostly the business pays for the headshots and after our introductory call, I will send you a booking link to pay in advance and secure your date. Sometimes staff pay me directly and expense their headshots. In this instance I charge them when they schedule their slots. The final option is if companies prefer to pay by invoice. They give me a PO number and I submit the invoice once the parameters of the shoot have been finalised. Individuals just book and pay on my link.

It depends on team size. As a guide, I can photograph around 6 people per hour for standard headshots. I'll provide a tailored schedule based on your needs.
Yes - I bring a complete mobile studio to your offices including professional lighting, plain or digital backdrops, and all necessary equipment. You just need to provide a suitable room or space.
Each person selects their favourite shots on the day. The number of final edited images depends on your brief and package - we'll agree this when quoting.
Traditional is the classic head and shoulders crop - perfect for LinkedIn and ID. Contemporary is a mid-thigh crop that's more editorial and works beautifully on websites and marketing materials.
Absolutely. I work across London, the UK and worldwide. For multi-site teams, we can plan a schedule that ensures consistency across all locations.
